John, thank you for the 5-star review, and I apologize that it took me so long to respond.

As far as sniffer caps, we do carry a couple of options in our Essentials section, and I’ve actually been waiting for customers to give me some feedback on them.

If you don’t mind spending a few extra dollars, Fort Troff makes a sniffer cap called the Pig Snout. It’s a really good product and makes it much harder to spill, regardless of what might be going on at the time. I’ve reached out to them a couple of times about carrying the Pig Snout in our store but unfortunately they haven’t been receptive.

Even through we don’t sell it, it’s still a product I think is worth checking out

Ordered 2 bottles.

Received them decently fast (only justification for allowing a 1 star review).

Labels on both look completely different than the brand has made. I've literally never seen these labels before for brands I've ordered for years.

Tried them right away - horrible. They're either old, dead, or fake.

Emailed the company asking for new ones to be sent, no reply.

Emailed a week later asking for a refund instead, no reply.

Posting this review nearly a week later. Guess I lost $60. Learn to manage your business.

I apologize that I did not respond to your emails. I have searched our email and for some reason, I cannot find either message. I am never one to shy away from a complaint, and I’m sorry we didn’t have the opportunity to address this sooner.

The Pig Sweat Platinum Extreme is a new product for us, and the label you received is the only version we have carried. The Jungle Juice Platinum Extreme label is also the version we have been receiving, and its has been a popular product for us without other complaints regarding potency.

You are correct that we have seen some inconsistencies in packaging and labels when purchasing through different distributors. Beginning this month, we have moved roughly 70% of our purchasing directly to manufactures to give us better control over sourcing and product consistency.

I would like the opportunity to make this right. Instead of another Jungle Juice Platinum Extreme, I would be happy to send you a bottle of regular Jungle Juice Platinum from a shipment we received last week, and I’m also happy to work with you regarding the second bottle.
